He was set to take the international movie scene by storm, but that was not in the script for popular South Africa actor Frank Rautenbach.

This Friday Frank is visiting the Bethlehem Community Church on Moffat Rd to share his journey, the lessons he learnt and the power of belief.

In 2006 Frank played lead character Angus Buchan in the hit South African film ‘Faith Like Potatoes', but while the movie received huge critical acclaim, his career ground to a halt shortly after.

The biographical film depicts Angus Buchan's struggles in relocating his family to rural South Africa and in the process cultivates his 'unwavering belief in the power of faith”.

Frank's journey mirrors that of Angus Buchan and he will share how he cultivated his own belief in the power of faith despite going through tremendous struggles.

Joining Frank will be singer songwriter David Lyle Morris and the event promises to 'inspire and challenge”.

Frank Rautenbach and David Lyle Morris will speak at the Bethlehem Community Church, 183 Moffat Road, Tauranga, this Friday from 7pm.
