Bay of Plenty Police are appealing to the public to keep an eye out for Daryll Lay who is wanted for breaching his bail conditions.

Police advised people not to approach him but to report any sighting to police immediately.

The 33-year-old is described as being about six feet tall, of solid build and with a large bulldog tattoo on his left cheek and another bulldog tattoo on the left side of his neck.

'Our information indicates he was last seen driving a white Ford Falcon,” says a statement from police.

'Daryll Lay has associations across the North Island but in particular Mangakino and Auckland and he was reportedly in the Mangakino area at the weekend.”

Any immediate sightings should be reported via the 111 system.
