The consultation period for the Thames Coromandel District Council bylaws on freedom camping, dogs and advertising is now closed.
The hearing of submission for freedom camping will be on August 26.
A statement from the Council says submissions are still being counted, but at last count they'd received more than 300 submissions to dog control, around 130 to freedom camping, and around 20 to advertising.
'The public hearing of submissions for freedom camping is on August 26, and for dog control and control of advertising on September 25 and 26.”
