An elderly Whangamata man is in Waikato Hospital with a head injury after an accident in his home.
St John paramedics and firefighters were called to the man's address in Whangamata about 9pm after the man had suffered the head injury.
A man suffering from a head injury was flown to Waikato Hospital overnight.
It's unclear how the man injured his head.
The man was treated at the scene before being taking to Waikato Hospital by the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
