I believe that NZ has been placed in a situation of potential risk by a certain mutually rewarding political agreement, at present well in train. About the hot pools I think the chairman Warren Banks of TCAL has got his numbers the wrong way round, that it was 20 people for the 10 million of rate payers money to be spent on the pools not the other way round.Most of the 20 did not pay rates and if he and the Mayor Council think they are right, why not put a voting paper in the next rate bill and...
