A man is in custody following a police chase through the streets of Bureta today.
More than five police cars and a dog unit were called to the Seaview Road area at about 12.30pm today to capture a wanted man.
Police track a wanted man through residential properties in Bureta.
Witnesses at the Bureta shops were surprised as police canvassed the area and searched behind the shops for the man.
He was captured in a private property and taken into police custody following a 30 minute pursuit.
More than five police cars were involved in the search.
