There disappears my road again

Last flood destroyed the council rd and Inroads kindly emailed me in return they were not interested in repairing it as there were not enough people living up there or needing the access to bother coming out to reinstate the road to our homes, Must be time soon to stop paying land tax (cunningly called rates these days)
