A car has rolled onto its roof on State Highway 2 south of Katikati today.
Emergency services are at the scene of the crash that happened just after 11.30am outside the Claymark sawmill.
The occupant of the car has been taken to Tauranga Hospital and is believed to be in serious condition.
A car has rolled on SH2 south of Katikati.
The person’s injuries are unknown at this stage.
The white hatchback is the only car involved in the crash.
Traffic is flowing around the scene near Hot Springs Road but the highway is reduced to one lane.
Katikati firefighters and St John Ambulance are at the scene.
