The rifle club shooting season is underway and the Tauranga Target Rifle Club is off to a good start.
At the weekend the club sent five members to the Te Aroha Clubs Open shoot.
In the master grade, Roy Herbison finished first with a score of 297.15. In second was Ellis Flay with 297.13 and in D grade Brad Lawson finished first.

Two Baywide Premier teams remain unbeaten after the second round of the Bay of Plenty Rugby Centennial Year competitions.
