Police want help to find missing woman

Counties Manukau Police are investigating the disappearance of Rae Colleen Portman who was last seen on Wednesday, June 20.

The 33-year-old, who has the nickname "Bok", was reported missing to Police on Monday, July 2.

Detective Inspector Mark Gutry says Police have established Portman travelled from Hamilton to Auckland on Wednesday, June 20, and checked into a motel in Mt Albert. Portman is known to have visited the greater Auckland area and then returned to the motel late afternoon or early evening.

Portman failed to check out the following day, leaving personal belongings in the room.

The vehicle Rae drove to Auckland, a silver coloured VW Passat, has been recovered and examined.

Police are seeking any information from the public on the current whereabouts of Rae Portman and her movements since Wednesday, June 20.

Police fear for Rae’s safety and ask that anyone with information about Rae’s disappearance contact either:
