Tauranga residents are being asked to give generously to help a local hip hop crew represent New Zealand in the World Hip Hope Dance Championships in Las Vegas later this year.
Larissa Hika is hosting a fundraising garage sale to get her Urban Dance Mega Crew to the championships.
Baked goods, sausage sizzles, toys, books, china, silver, household appliances and more will be on sale at the Maungatapu Road garage sale.
Larissa says they will also be selling raffle tickets, $2 per ticket or three for $5.
The raffle will be drawn on July 16, with the winner notified by phone and posted on The Urban Dance Facebook page.
