Classroom and scrub alight

Two fires in different parts of Tauranga have had fire fighters busy tonight.
The first, reported just after 5pm and clearly visible in wild bursts from The Strand, was at the end of Matapihi not far from the railway bridge.
The second, at about 5.45pm, involved a Life Education mobile classroom at Brookfield Primary School being consumed by fire on the tennis courts. A teenage boy was seen at the scene talking with police.
