Police locate wanted female in hunt for armed man

Police hunting for Murray Toleafoa in relation to him shooting at a Police officer in Mayoral Drive at 1am on Friday, have located and arrested 20-year-old Nadia Ball.

She has been arrested and charged as a party to the Unlawful Possession of a Pistol.

This is in relation to the pistol used against the Police Officer. 

She is due to appear in the Auckland District Court.

The pistol used by Murray Toleafoa has not yet been located.

Detective Inspector Scott Beard says Police are closing in on Murray Toleafoa and his advice to Toleafoa is to give himself up.
