Police are continuing their scene examination at the Richmond house where a woman’s body was found on Thursday evening.
Detective Inspector Geoff Jago says power was cut to houses and businesses in the immediate vicinity for about two hours on Thursday evening to assist with forensic testing.
Interviews with friends and associates of the dead woman are continuing today and the pathologist will complete the post mortem.
The name of the deceased will be released after the formal identification process is complete.
