Bridge crash delays traffic

Traffic is flowing again following a crash between a car and a truck on Hewletts Road this morning.

The red Mazda four-door and truck labelled with Inghams and Toll, travelling towards Tauranga collided on Hewletts Road on the Tauranga Harbour Bridge at about 9.30am.

Both vehicles have been moved off the road.

Traffic was backing up down Totara Street and along Hewletts Road.

No one was injured in the accident.
