Power is reported to be out in the Bay of Plenty following a truck crash.
A truck has crashed into a power pole, causing lines to come down across State Highway 5, near Rotorua.
Police says diversions have been confirmed for SH5, Rotorua following a crash at Ngongotaha.
"Rotorua-bound traffic is diverted down Dalbeth Road onto SH36 and the reverse for north-bound traffic.
"Paradise Valley Rd is completely closed.
"The estimated time for road closures and diversions is about one hour."
There are no reports of any injuries.
