Impossible to enforce bylaws?

During the news on October 11 there was an item re prostitutes and their bad behaviour on the streets of Christchurch and in people's gardens in the suburbs.

The council and police claim it would be impossible to enforce a bylaw stopping these activities.

Now isn't that typical of a council in New Zealand. Impossible to enforce – say what? Funny how they, the councils, can enforce parking bylaws and any other money-grabbing ideas that pop into the warped minds of councillors. Also funny that police claimed they couldn't enforce such a bylaw against prostitution yet, before it became legal, they most certainly did enforce all laws against prostitution.

Remember folks down there in Christchurch, if you read this, you voted those idiots into power.

Poor old Auckland ratepayers are paying over $1 million a day in interest only. At one stage there were 1780 people among those idiots, not earning but being paid $100,000 per year. One's blood runs cold.

A Bourne, Bethlehem.
