Rear-ended collision

A vehicle crashed into a stationary car on the side of Bellevue Road.

Police were called to the incident where a person rear ended the parked car on Bellevue Road at 4.16pm.

Police say the second car was parked with no one in it at the time.

"The person driving the car received minor injuries and was assessed by ambulance at the scene. Police then called a tow truck," says a police spokesperson.

the text got sent before the impact? Glad the driver was not hurt, and the phone not damaged so the driver could put on farcebook that they had an accident? Drivers.... learn to DRIVE.... and PAY ATTENTION! Someone could have been standing at the rear of the vehicle that was hit. How would you feel then? The phone is not that important?
