Reports are coming in of a crash on State Highway 2, near Maketu.
A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says police are at the scene of the crash, near Wilson Road North.
The caller says a car is in a ditch and the driver appears to still be in the car.
The crash is off the road and it's unclear if anyone is injured or not.
We will update this story as soon as there is more information.
