Two seriously injured in Te Puke crash

Police are investigating a crash in which two people have been seriously injured.

The crash happened on Te Matai Road, near Te Puke, around 5.40pm.

A police spokesperson says two people were seriously injured and third has sustained moderate injuries.

Police, fire, and ambulance all attended the crash, which happened on the stretch of Te Matai Road which is between Mark Road and Waimea Drive.
