Tauranga runners dominate

The first event for the NZCT AIMS games went off on Sunday with at least 300 cross country competitors racing for a top spot in their division at Waipuna Park, Welcome Bay.

The course took Year 7 and 8 runners 3km around Waipuna Park, across flat and elevated terrain.


Year 8 Tauranga Intermediate cross country runners Justin Mitchell and Alex Revington race for the finish.  

The results for the individual race events are as follows:

Y7 girls
