Police have arrested three men in connection with the death of Brent Paul Brown.

Brent's body was found at a residential address on Poaka Avenue, Hamilton, on August 31.

Police believe Brent suffered a number of injuries and a blunt instrument was used in an attack.

Following an investigation into his death, police have today charged three men with murder.

The three men - aged 47, 46 and 27 – will appear in Hamilton District Court this afternoon.

'Police continue to appeal for sightings of a red Ford Fairmont, registration WN5324, and advise that anyone found to have been concealing the car may be committing a criminal offence,” says a statement from police.

Anyone who sees the car, or knows its whereabouts, is asked to contact Hamilton Police on 07 858 6200.
