Motorists are being advised to avoid the Hewletts Road flyover as a crate is blocking the Bayfair bound lane.
"My advice to people travelling along Hewletts Road is for people not to use the flyover until we manage to clear it," says Western Bay of Plenty road policing manager Senior Sergeant Ian Campion.
