Police are appealing to the public for information that will help them track down Andrew Colin George Jacobs who has a warrant to arrest.

The 23-year-old is also wanted in relation to multiple fraud matters where he's defrauded people, often through Trade Me, by promising to pay for items after they're delivered but never did.

Police say Jacobs was last seen in Morrinsville in the early hours of today (Saturday, August 27) and they believe he is attempting to get back to the Bulls area.

He has family and connections to Waikato and the Rangitikei areas.
