Arrest made in aggravated robberies

Police have arrested and charged a 33 year-old Tauranga male in relation to three aggravated robberies.

In a media statement police say the aggravated robberies happen at the Cameronian Dairy on July 17, the 14th Avenue Dairy on July 18, and the robbery of the Greerton Lotto Shop today.

The man is due to appear in the Tauranga District Court on tomorrow.

Police would like to thank the community for their assistance and the information they provided in relation to the three incidents.
