Inquiry ?

Oh you mean the inquiry into why one person failed to acknowledge the RED LIGHT !. Unfortunate but avoidable seems the chicken got caught this time.

Head on?

Congratulations. It's really difficult to crash "head on" there with all the lights and concrete ramps in the road. "Side on" I could foresee but head on takes the biscuit. Their licence must be revoked before they kill someone.

Marbles for eyes

So two sets of signage warning of a lights controlled junction, and the lights themselves, and the stop line are not enough? Cut the licence up.

Or..

Probably just deliberately went through red because they couldn't be bothered to wait. Disgusting individuals. Should be imprisoned.
