Police and emergency services are attending an incident near Mt Lebanon Lane railway crossing in Henderson where a male pedestrian has been struck by a passenger train.
It is believed the incident happened around 10.27am.
The man is deceased, but no further information about his identity is available at the moment.
The matter will be referred to the Coroner.
