On June 3, 2016 after a short illness. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Dearly beloved wife of the late Walter Bakkenes. Loving mother ‘”Mem” of Anton, Doreen and Pieter, Margaret and Gerard. Loved grandmother and great-grandmother. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Mary Immaculate Church, corner Cameron Road/First Avenue Tauranga on Wednesday June 8, at 1pm, to be followed by a burial.
