Rotorua Police are currently investigating a unexplained death at a residential address in Rotorua.
Police were called to a property on Peace Street in Fenton Park this afternoon after a report someone had died at the property.
The Criminal Investigation Branch will be carrying out scene inquiries tonight and tomorrow to establish what has taken place.
The scene is currently cordoned off while these inquiries are being carried out.
