Police are investigating what caused a milk tanker to roll on a main road between the Coromandel and Thames last night.
Emergency services were called to the scene on State Highway 25A known as Kopu-Hikuai Road about 9.30pm last night.
A spokesman for the Northern Fire Communications Centre says the driver was not injured but milk from the tanker had spilled onto the road.
Traffic Road Event Information System reported the road closed while the scene was cleared and there were some traffic delays.

The driver didn't hoof it... and the truck will get mooooved quickly :) Glad driver is ok, prolly white and one?
