An elderly Waihi man who was reported missing by his wife last week has now been found.
Senior sergeant Damion Rangitutia says police were informed 75-year-old Ronald Collis had been found in an 'unharmed and uninjured state” on Wednesday morning.
'Police are currently offering support to both the man and his family as a result of him going missing."
Damion says police are unable to comment on where he was located or what led to the elderly man going missing.
Ronald was last seen driving his Silver 2005 Nissan Bluebird in the Waihi area on Friday, January 29.
He has been known to frequent both the Waihi and Tauranga areas.
