Police track wanted man

Police are warning the public not to approach a man who has three warrants for his arrest.

Steven Michael Kells is wanted by police for failing to answer district court bail.

He is also wanted for breaching his bail conditions.

Kells is described as a 25-year-old Maori of thin build and around 168cm tall.

'The public is advised not to approach Kells but to call 111 straightaway if he is sighted,” says a statement from police.

'Any additional information that will assist Police in locating Kells can be provided to Constable Ben HURLEY on (04) 560 2600.”

Alternatively, information can be left anonymously via the Crimestoppers 0800 555 111 line.
