For the first time in 20 years the title of Roller Mills champion has been shared with Bay of Plenty drawing their match with Auckland East 13-13.
Both teams have dominated their sections in the week long tournament being held at Kensington Oval, Whangarei.
On Friday the Bay took on North Harbour in their semi-final at won 51-7, while Auckland East faced off against Waikato dominating them 39-15.
Come finals time nothing separated the two sides with both sides scoring 13 points a piece. In the other finals matches Waikato beat North Harbour 22-10, Auckland West were too strong for Counties Manukau winning 33-10, Northland beat King Country 10-0 and Taranaki beat Thames Valley 53-14.
The tournament is a showcase of the rising stars of rugby. Players like Sonny Bill Williams, Keiran Read and Richard Kahui have all played at the tournament which has been running since 1925.
