Tauranga aerosol artist and dog painter specialist Graham ‘Mr G' Hoete is in Los Angeles soaking up the Hollywood vibe after presenting a portrait to the Dog Whisperer, Cesar Millan.

Meeting Cesar to present the portrait of his now dead pitbull named Daddy was the first step in Graham's attempt to crack the US market for dog paintings.

'I want to target celebrities such as Snoop Dogg and Oprah to begin with, partly because Snoop Dogg's name is so fitting, and partly because both are serious dog lovers,” says Graham.

'I am meeting with a friend who runs a marketing agency in Portland, Oregon and am staying with one of his friends, the producer of CSI Miami, in LA.

Graham was not contactable in the United States for further comment at this time.
