Passed away peacefully on Saturday August 29th 2015. Loved wife of the late Ray and loved partner of the late Eric. Much loved Mother of Rod (deceased) and Ian, and loved mother-in-law of Ruth. Loved Granma of Amy and Jason, Megan and Dave, and Tim and Morgan. Great grandmother of Jazmin, Jacob, Caitlin, and Connor. The service to celebrate Hazel's life will be held at Tauranga Park 383 Pyes Pa Road on Thursday September 3rd at 1.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
