What’s on Today?

Despite the MetService forecasting rain for today, the sun looks like it's going to dominate Tauranga's weather.

Which is good news for a lot of people who have events planned for the day.

One event taking place today is the Recycled Women's Clothing Sale at the Historic Village on 17th Ave.

From 9am to 12pm, people will be able to take their pick of designer labels and other fashion brands all for $5, cash only. All the proceeds from today's event will go towards the Turning Point Trust.

Other activities taking place today is kid's sports and the Tauranga Farmers Market.

The market takes place every Saturday at Tauranga Primary School on Cameron Road.

It opens to the public from 7.45am until 12pm and offers a variety of freshly grown produce and other locally made products.
