Big day for secondary rugby

This weekend marks the end of the 2015 Bethlehem Coachlines Secondary Schools season, with teams now vying for a top-four spot and home advantage in the semi-finals.

In Division One, Te Whare Kura o Mauao will host Opotiki College, with the Te Kani Shield up for grabs.

Te Whare Kura o Mauao are currently top of the table, but a loss by either will see them surrender home advantage for the semis.

Saturday's clash kicks-off at 12pm at Hungaruru Park, Bethlehem,

Meanwhile, in other Division One matches, Otumoetai College play Aquinas College, while Western Heights High School face Bethlehem College.

Both Otumoetai College and Western Heights High School have already secured a spot in the last four spot, but know that victory could secure them a home semi-final.

In Division Two, the top four will be dependent on this weekend's results. Taupo Nui a Tia, Katikati College and Mount Maunganui College are secure for a semi-final spot.

However, the remaining spot will be contested between Te Puke High School and Tauranga Boys College third XV.

The Te Puke outfit play away to Mount Maunganui College, while and Tauranga Boys' College third XV head to Rotorua to play Rotorua Boys High School third XV.

In Division Three there are still five teams in contention for the semis, which will add to the excitement on Saturday.
