Class of ‘99 features songs from different countries and includes other artists such as Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Jessica Simpson, Ricky Martin, Peter Andre, Alanis Morrisette, and of course a bit of Kiwiana with SuperGroove. It has a young cast of 20, including singers and dancers. Several of the cast have appeared in many TMT productions including the latest production of Cabaret, Miss Saigon and CATS, performed at Baycourt. The show is directed by Daniel Pepperell and choreographed by his partner Lianne Howell. This is the second show they have directed and choreographed together. They have both performed in numerous Tauranga Musical Theatre shows. Class of ’99 runs from November 13-27 at Westside Theatre on 17th Avenue. Tickets are available from Baycourt Ticket Direct.
