Mount Maunganui woman Steffi Mueller believes cooking is not rocket science and should be easy for both men and women.
She has just released her first cookbook, ‘Keep it Simple-Affordable family Meals’, which is filled with 112 recipes with a focus on saving time and money as well as eliminating stress.

There is a combination of healthy and ‘naughty’ recipes in the book accompanied by photos accompanying each recipe and space for handwritten notes. 
“I want to motivate women and men to have fun in the kitchen again.”
The concept of the cookbook is different to others on the market says Steffi.
“On every page is a shopping list and you can tick off the ingredients as you go.
“All the recipes are bulletproof and all the ingredients are in your pantry.”
The book is available exclusively at Bayfair Whitcoulls until October 31 or available online at www.motivation4u.co.nz
Steffi is available for book signings on October 27 from 11.30am-1.30pm at Bayfair Whitcoulls.
