SunLive Competition

Talented touring group Operatunity is set to sing up a storm and get toes tapping at Tauranga’s Holy Trinity Church on Friday, October 22 with its latest concert, The Dancing Years.

The award-winning group will present dancing music from the ’20s and ’30s – the elegant era of Novello, Porter, Gatsby and popular fun music.

Geoffrey Hughes, Terry Barry, Cameron Barclay and Emma Roxburgh are accompanied by pianist Rosemary Barnes and will play fans’ favourites as well as fresh new material.

Included in the repertoire are familiar tunes like Happy Days Are Here Again, We’ll Gather Lilacs, Don’t Put Your Daughter On The Stage Mrs Worthington, and You Made Me Love You.

Tickets cost $27 and include lunch with the artists. Group and concession discounts are available for the 11am concert.

To book, phone 0508 266 237 or book online at www.operatunity.co.nz. Calls are toll-free, and no booking or postage fees apply.

Win: A double pass to The Dancing Years.

Winners must be able to pick up their tickets from No.1 The Strand before the concert at 11am on October 22.
