This week I stopped by to stock up the store cupboard. There are so many excellent products to have in the pantry for unexpected visitors, or for nights when you want to eat something nice but just don’t feel like cooking.

Those who love mackerel or who would like to try something different are likely to be just as impressed as I was with the Filets de Maqueraux marines, an exclusive product to Bel Mondo. Top quality mackerel fillets, either in a Muscadet white wine marinade or a lemon and basil marinade. A handy product to whip out to create a lovely salad, or simply to have on toast.
