Peter Blakeway is hosting a series of cooking classes, hosted by Bel Mondo, educating people on Mediterranean flavours. The month-long series begins on June 22 and teaches a variety of cooking skills. For example, on June 22, Peter is making a seafood bouillabaisse, a traditional fish stew originating from the port city of Marseille. Peter is also teaching how to make home-made fish stock and discussing many different ways to use it. For dessert, experience a frangipane tarte (almond tart) as well as a selection of fabulous French wines, cheeses and mustards. The wine range includes Pineau des Charentes (aperitif), Chateau du Boug Beaujolais (full red) and Domaine Houchart (rose). This class suits people who are gluten free. All cooking classes begin at 6pm and finish at 8pm.
