SunLive Competition


Bel Mondo provided me with a quick delicious meal option for unexpected guests this week.

A quick stop at the store saw me leave with a packet of the new Alfieri Pasta brand. I chose the Riccioli pasta with salmon (Riccioli al Salmone).

It is so easy to create a mouth-watering sensational looking dish in under half an hour with a packet of this gorgeous pasta, adding any kind of shellfish or fish. I added smoked salmon and capers – quick, easy and delicious. The Alfieri range offers six options, which includes a truffle pasta.

Serve with a glass of Piccini Albus Toscana, made from Malvasia and Chardonnay grapes. The wine is delicate and well balanced which works really well with this dish. Bel Mondo has a great selection of different wines.
