Grab a piece today, throw it in your crock pot before you leave for work in the morning, with a bay leaf a squeeze of orange juice and a spoon full of golden syrup. Add carrot sticks to the crock pot when you get home, put on potatoes and whip up a creamy horseradish mash (make plenty for leftovers).
