"Choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act."

SUN MEDIA LTD entire liability and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any claims arising out of your use of the Content, or out of your actions in downloading the Content, shall be as follows:

1. You may, upon request to SUN MEDIA LTD, be permitted to download the Content again, at a location SUN MEDIA LTD will provide for you;
2. If you continue to be unable to download the Content, SUN MEDIA LTD will refund the fee actually paid by you for such Content, provided SUN MEDIA LTD determines in its sole and absolute discretion that you have been unable to download such Content successfully.
3. No refund will be provided for any content which is downloaded from the site. Without exception. Nor can content be exchanged for new content.
4. Credit may be provided instead of a refund at the discretion of SUN MEDIA LTD but there will be no credit provided against any content which has been downloaded.
