Bankers find new lease on... LIFE

National Bank branch managers in the Bay of Plenty are undertaking a new team building exercise that is better bonding them together and helping them to become better workers.
National Bank regional manager Gavin McCormick says when personally participating in the LIFE Personal Fitness programme run by Luis Moresco and Dawn Kiddie he recognised the potential of this course as a team building exercise for his team that would deliver real benefits.

See video below outlining the benefits of the LIFE fitness programmes.

“The programme is absolutely brilliant. We were a fairly tight team already but there was room for improvement. When we are out there, we are all sweating and pushing our limits through the exercises. We’re in it together and everyone is happy and motivating each other to do their best and reach their individual goals,” says Gavin.
The benefits are tangible for business, says Gavin, who highlights improved work engagement and better attention levels in his team when they are dealing with staff and customers.

ISN'T BONDING LIKE GLUE OR POSTING BAIL
DRich ...Absolutely right in your summation. Couldn't they attempt something worthwhile like the NIAGARA FALLS in kayaks and then the survivors might appreciate exactly what customers feel like after mixing it with the Banks.Anyway who caused the WORLD Credit Crunch as a result of being greedy little 'team built' gremlins then.

Oh please
Oh puhlease, bankers rhymes with....what? Get over yourselves, and then start dealing with your customers as people!

What will be the Rugby World Cup's biggest impact on NZ?

A tonne of tourists will fall in love with NZ.
It will provide the economic stimulus NZ needs.
NZ's roads will be bruised with shattered beer bottles.
NZ rugby playing numbers will increase.
International media exposure will forever boost tourism.
NZ will not recoup the costs of hosting the event.
It's all a load of hype and it won't make a difference.
